Survey/Google FormCollect some information so you can personalize your interactions to meet the needs of each family. You can use Google Forms or Survey Monkey or any other method you are comfortable with find out what is appropriate. Click HERE for an example. Personalized email/letter/cardKeeping in touch with families is a great way to let them know that the parish is there for them and to highlight opportunities to deepen their faith and their connection to the parish. Below I have attached some samples that you can look at when designing items to send. Digital letter/newsletter/blog
Social Media or chat groupsYou can make a group on Facebook or another platform that will allow parishioners to ask questions, chat, and share about faith and life. You can moderate the content and intervene if inappropriate or inaccurate information is shared. Make sure you establish ground rules about respectfulness and other expectations. You can also post links to information, videos, prayers, and other digital content that is timely based on time of year, holidays, liturgical seasons, current events, etc. |
